Les équivalences

1 cuillère à café rase = 3 grammes ou 3 millilitre.

1 cuillère à soupe rase = 10 g ou 10 ml

Pour le four il faut multiplier par 30 le thermostat pour avoir la température en Celsius.

ce qui donne alors:

th 1 = 30° = four tiède

th 2 = 60° = four très doux

th 3 = 90° =four très doux

th 4 = 120° = four doux

th 5 = 150° = four doux

th 6 = 180° = four moyen

th 7 = 210° = four moyen

th 8 = 240° = four chaud

th 9 = 270° = four très chaud

th 10 = 300° = four brûlant
